In The Wrong

Othello is making me so mad lately. All he ever does is get angry at Desdemona for any little thing she does. What's his problem? I just have to sit here and let it all happen.

Like earlier today Othello sad he had a headache, so Desdemona offered him a handkerchief to bind his head with. It wasn't any old handkerchief though, it was given to Desdemona by Othello, and it was given to Othello from his dying mother! It means so much to her, and he just threw it on the ground! And what does she do? Yeah that's right, she just takes it. It's like it never happened in the first place.

But on the other side of this event, Iago wanted me to get this handkerchief. She once it fell to the ground, naturally I picked it up and brought it to Iago. I still don't know why he wanted it so badly. All of these things happening, it's just so confusing. Othello's not himself, Desdemona is taking the abuse, and Iago is being creepier than normal.

I don't want Desdemona to get hurt but I don't have the right to say anything to Othello, and I don't want to anger or displease my husband.
